No, you cannot buy OTC penny stocks on Robinhood, as the trading platform does not offer trading for over the counter and pink sheet stocks. However, you can buy penny stocks that are trading on the regular exchanges. By definition from the SEC, any stock that is trading under $5 is considered a penny stock.

How to Find Hot OTC Penny Stocks?
